You''ll provide responsive, high-quality technical support across our offices and schools ensuring colleagues are equipped with the tools they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for the children and young people we support.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the organisationRespond to and resolve incidents and service requests, providing timely updates to usersEscalate complex issues to 2nd Line Engineers or the IT Service Desk ManagerAccurately log and document incidents, requests, and resolutionsSupport users with hardware and software troubleshootingConfigure and maintain user accounts and permissionsInstall, set up, and support applications across user devicesProvide printer, laptop, mobile device, and tablet supportAssist with connectivity and hardware across remote sitesContribute to and maintain internal knowledge base articlesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiencyEngage positively with colleagues across OFG, supporting a collaborative IT ..... full job details .....
