1st line Service Desk Analyst
If you are a 1st line Service Desk Analyst with 6-12 months experience, we have a new role we would like to discuss with you. This is a great entry point into IT with real progression, working within an enterprise scale business with broad tech exposure. Please note this role requires 5 days per week onsite in Solihull, West Midlands. What You''ll Do Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests Escalate complex issues where required Support hardware, software, and user issues Assist with device setup, builds, and deployments Deliver excellent customer service at all times Tech Skills Basic knowledge of: Windows 10 andamp; 11 Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 PC/laptop hardware andamp; peripherals (printers, etc.) Mobile devices AV/meeting room tech What We''re Looking For 6-12 months'' IT support experience (service desk or onsite/field) Good communication skills (spoken andamp; written) Strong customer service mindset Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Able to work with urgency and manage workload Nice to Have Exposure to ticketing tools (eg, ServiceNow, Jira) Working towards IT certifications (eg, OEM/hardware) ..... full job details .....
