You will also maintain accurate ticket records, keep customers informed and escalate more complex problems to the relevant technical teams.We are looking for someone with:Experience in a service desk, NOC or 1st line technical support positionA good foundation in networking, including routing, switching and connectivity troubleshootingExperience using ticketing systems and working to agreed SLAsStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsA networking certification such as CCNA, JNCIA or CompTIA Network+Previous experience supporting customers within an MSP or managed services environment would be beneficial.
