We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Technician to join the team and provide day-to-day technical support to customers. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st line technical support via telephone, email and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and Windows issues. Support Microsoft 365 and user accounts. Assist with basic Active Directory and networking issues. Set up and configure laptops, desktops and peripherals. Manage and update support tickets. Escalate more complex issues to 2nd Line.
