The role of an LSA is to promote all of this and get the best out of the students.The college is looking for some supportive and motivated Learning Support Assistant on temporary contract, leading to a permanent position for the right Learning Support Assistant. To help provide the tutor and the pupils with the best learning experience the college has to offer, the successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of T-levels, A levels or Vocational courses at a Key Stage 5 / KS5 and great communication skills.
