Office Administrator (Maternity Cover) 12 Month close to Coventry City Centre
We are pleased to assist our valued client, and they are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover contract. This varied role is central to keeping our organisation running smoothly, supporting governance, projects, and community-focused initiatives.
What you''ll do
* Provide administrative and diary support across teams
* Assist with projects, reports, and governance processes
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Support grant administration and community events
* Maintain accurate records and data
What we''re looking for
* Previous admin experience with strong IT (MS Office, CRM) skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A team player who can also work independently
* Flexible, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
* (Desirable) Knowledge of the charity sector and local communities
