You will act as the technical authority for Citrix infrastructure, providing expert-level support, complex troubleshooting and technical assurance across secure enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 3rd Line support for complex Citrix incidents and problems.Act as the SME for Citrix Virtual Apps andamp; Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM.Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and end-user experience.Support patching, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.Work closely with architecture, engineering and cross-functional teams.Proactively identify and resolve defects and recurring issues.Maintain strong customer service and operate in line with ITIL and service management processes.Essential Skills andamp; ExperienceProven experience in a Third Line/Senior Infrastructure Support role.Strong hands-on experience with: Citrix Virtual Apps andamp; Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)...
