The Position - 1:1 Year 3 TA The school is seeking a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping the pupil to access learning, regulate emotions, and develop positive relationships. The ideal 1:1 TA will have strong behaviour management skills, a calm and patient approach, and experience implementing strategies to support emotional regulation. You will be responsible for building a positive, trusting relationship with the child, adapting learning materials where necessary, and providing consistent support throughout the school day. Experience working with SEMH, ADHD, or behavioural needs is highly desirable. This is a full-time position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
