Your new role This rewarding role involves providing individualised support to a Year 4 female pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the pupil access learning, develop positive relationships, and achieve both academic and personal goals within a nurturing school environment. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to a Year 4 pupil with SEMH needs throughout the school day. Build a positive, trusting, and consistent relationship with the pupil.
