Spencer Clarke Group is currently looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced tutors to provide personalised 1:1 tuition across Shropshire for young people who may be:Out of mainstream educationStruggling with attendance or school refusalExperiencing anxiety or SEMH needsDiagnosed with ASD or ADHDLiving with additional learning needs or EHCP requirementsFinding traditional school settings challengingAs a 1:1 tutor, you will play an important role in building positive relationships with pupils, adapting learning to their individual needs, and helping them rebuild confidence, engagement and a positive attitude towards education.
