We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Sutton Coldfield. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an immediate start available for the successful candidate. This rewarding role will involve supporting a child within a Year 2 classroom who is currently working below age-related expectations and requires additional support to access learning and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the child develop academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the school day. The Role As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCO, and wider school staff to provide tailored support designed around the individual needs of the child. You will be responsible for adapting learning materials, encouraging engagement in classroom activities, and helping to build the child''s confidence and independence.
