Job DescriptionJob Title: 1:1 Teaching AssistantStart Date: November 2025Location: Market RasenAre you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience working 1:1 with Primary aged children? We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join us at Tradewind. The children you could be supporting could have emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD); Autism; Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder (ADHD/ADD). Patience and resilience will be key in this role.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one supportPromote positive behaviour management strategies and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environmentMonitor and record his progress and provide feedback to the Class TeacherAssist with classroom organization and maintenance of resourcesSupport students'' social and emotional development through effective communication and rapport-building Requirements: Previous experience working 1:1 with primary school children (highly preferable)A patient and nurturing approach to supporting children''s learning and developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with staffFlexible and adaptable to the needs of the classroom and studentsBasic knowledge of the national curriculum and educational practices Tradewind, we can offer you:Your income matters; we will always seek to get you the highest rate of pay and will provide you with the best possible adviceYour development matters; we offer our ..... full job details .....
