We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a welcoming school in Kensington. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support and help a young learner thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs
• Assist with learning activities, ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging
• Support with emotional regulation and behaviour where needed
• Build a strong, trusting relationship to boost confidence and progress
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow tailored support plans

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with SEN (Autism, SEMH, or learning difficulties)
• Is patient, nurturing, and calm under pressure
• Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support
• Is proactive, reliable, and committed to the role
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
