Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A welcoming primary school in Bletchley is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with require extra support. This role will involve close collaboration with the SENCO, class teacher, and external agencies to ensure the pupil has the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for a child with autism in class and during play
• Implement strategies recommended by SENCO and therapists
• Support the pupilandrsquo;s social, emotional, and academic development
• Build strong relationships with the child and their family

Requirements:

• Previous experience in SEN support or 1:1 roles desirable
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
