Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
A secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a compassionate and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a student who requires tailored support due to additional needs. You will play a key role in helping them access the curriculum and develop independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support for a student on a 1:1 basis
• Implement learning and behaviour strategies set out in their EHCP
• Assist with lessons, interventions, and social development
• Monitor progress and feedback to teachers and SENCO

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people with SEN or behaviour needs
• Positive, patient, and calm nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
