1:1 Teaching Assistant - SEN Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs?Do you want to be part of a supportive and nurturing school community that puts pupils at the heart of everything it does?We are working to support a specialist school in Stockport to recruit a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated and experienced team.The school caters to children aged 5 to 11 with a range of needs including:- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)- Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)- Speech, Language and Communication Needs- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties- Sensory and/or Physical NeedsAbout the Role:-As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will play a key role in supporting a 10 year old boy who has ADHD and complex needs, supporting him emotionally whilst tailoring lessons to his individual needs.
