This is a rewarding role where you will play a key part in helping a child access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential.Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will tailor your support to meet the individual needs of the pupil, both academically and emotionally. This may include adapting learning materials, managing behaviour positively, and encouraging engagement within the classroom environment.This position is well suited to a recent graduate considering a career in education, psychology, or SEN, as well as an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
