Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Reception Class Location: Mainstream Primary School, L15, Liverpool Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8.45am-3.30pm Aura Education are looking for a patient and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Reception (aged 4-5 years) at our vibrant primary school in the L15 area of Liverpool. This full-time role will involve working closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support, ensuring the child can fully engage in their learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support for a child in the reception class, helping them with classroom activities and social interaction Assist the child in developing foundational learning skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Support the child''s emotional and social well-being, helping them to build confidence and develop relationships with peers Follow the child''s personalized learning plan and provide regular updates to the class teacher and SENCO Help foster an inclusive and supportive environment within the classroom Ensure the child''s safety and well-being at all times Requirements: Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a one-to-one or early years setting Knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to support early learning Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with young children Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred) Ability to work ..... full job details .....
