• Previous SEN experience is essential

The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide individual support to a KS2 pupil with ADHD, helping them engage with lessons and build their confidence and independence. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO, following personalised support strategies, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging social development. The successful candidate will be patient, compassionate and proactive, with previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school.
