The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 5 pupil with ADHD, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop confidence and to succeed socially and academically. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individualised strategies, promote positive behaviour and encourage independence throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will be calm, enthusiastic and committed to helping children with complex needs reach their potential. Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential for this role.
