They are looking for someone to support a pupil who needs a bit of extra guidance and support to thrive in the classroom.Providing dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the indivudal needs Supporting a pupil to stay engaged and focused throughout the school dayWorking cloesly with the class teacher and SENCO Confidence in managing behaviourWhat we''re looking forSome experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skillsA team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staffA calm, patient and supporting approach to learningAn enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get oneWhat you can expect from protocol educationWeekly PAYE payOngoing support from a consultant who genuinely caresAccess to free CPD, including training that helps you grow in SEN supportAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
