The pupil previously had a private tutor in school (after being home-schooled) who will continue for a short period. The school is now looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to take over and support the handover process, providing 1:1 support for learning, emotional regulation, social development, and sensory needs. The role involves providing individual support for learning, emotional regulation, social development, and sensory needs, enabling the pupil to access the curriculum and participate safely in school.
