1:1 Teaching Assistant - Sleaford

Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Sleaford
Salary: -85.44 - -101.58 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Part-time (5 mornings per week)

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in a mainstream primary school in Sleaford. This is a long-term, part-time role working 5 mornings per week, providing consistent 1:1 support within a classroom setting.

The Role:
* Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs within a mainstream classroom
* Support learning, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Support positive behaviour and consistent routines
* Adapt activities to support individual learning needs

What We''re Looking For:
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children
* SEN or 1:1 support experience (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and patience
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
