Contract Type: Full-time – Term Time Only
Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
A welcoming primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in KS1 with additional learning needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to children’s education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with SEN in the classroom
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning targets
• Work alongside the SENCO, class teacher, and external agencies
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children in a primary school (desirable)
• Knowledge of SEN strategies or willingness to learn
• Patient, caring, and proactive approach
