The successful candidate will provide structured learning while maintaining routine and boundaries throughout the school day, helping the student access their learning. Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm (Term time only) Role responsibilities and Qualification: Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 3 student who is non-verbal. Support the students learning, communication, and social development. Establish and maintain clear routines and boundaries to help the student feel secure and engaged. Experience using PECS, Makaton or Communication Boards/books. Experience working with SEN children that have communication needs. Can build strong, trusting relationships with the student and staff.
