      <description>Location: Tunbridge Wells | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | 1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant  Are you passionate about working with children and would like to make a difference to a child''s school experience? Are you a caring, patient and positive individual?  If you answered YES to the above, this may be the role for you. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant seeking a 1:1 role with a child in a school in the Tunbridge Wells/Pembury area. It will be your job to support the student in and out of the classroom.  Your main duties will be:  Supporting the student with everyday tasks in and out of the classroom i.e. school work and break times. Being a friendly face for the student to trust and feel safe with. Help them to achieve the work set by the Teacher at a pace that works for them. Be a helping hand to the Teacher. Create a secure and trusting relationship with the student to promote their learning.
