The school offers excellent specialist provision and a highly experienced, supportive team.The Role: Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 7 pupil within a specialist provision Supporting a pupil with Autism and Dyslexia, working below age-related expectations Acting as a scribe, repeating instructions and reinforcing learning consistently Supporting the pupil to retain information through structured repetition and guidance Promoting emotional regulation, ensuring the pupil feels safe, happy, and engaged in school Working closely with teaching staff and specialists to deliver tailored supportCommunication and Support: Building a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil Providing regular updates to parents/carers on progress and wellbeing Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure a consistent approachAbout You: Patient, calm, and nurturing, with the ability to be firm when needed Resilient and consistent in your approach to supporting learning and behaviour Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with ..... full job details .....
