Key duties:

• Providing 1:1 support during lessons and daily activities
• Adapting tasks to meet pupils'' needs
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Encouraging independence and building self-esteem
• Promoting a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

The ideal candidate:

• Calm, patient, and reliable
• Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with the ALNCO and the class teacher
• A clear communicator and team player
• Previous experience in education, care, or support work is beneficial but not essential
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
