With referrals expected to increase significantly from September 2026 onwards, we are actively building our local team in preparation for the new academic year. We anticipate a wide range of opportunities becoming available across Herefordshire, particularly within areas such as Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Leominster, Bromyard, and the surrounding communities. We work with children and young people who require a more personalised approach to education. Many of the learners we support have needs relating to SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, medical conditions, behavioural challenges, or EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance) .
