Requirements:
andbull; Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
andbull; Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other SEN needs
andbull; Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioural management skills
andbull; Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
andbull; Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings and SEN environments
