Whether you have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other SEN, or youandrsquo;re just beginning your journey in education, we have opportunities to match your skills and aspirations. The ideal candidate will:

• Experience in an educational support role is desirable but not essential
• Understanding of special educational needs (SEN) and effective strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning difficulties, and other additional needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
• Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive, supportive relationships with both students and staff
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across a variety of school settings and SEN environment
