Applicants must be qualified tutors with previous 1:1 tutoring experience and demonstrable SEN experience. Experience supporting young people with Autism and ADHD is highly desirable. The student is currently awaiting an appropriate further education placement and requires temporary educational support in the meantime. The role will involve helping them re-engage with learning, establish their current working levels and identify any gaps in their knowledge. The student has Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyspraxia, Articulatory Dyspraxia, and severe expressive and receptive language difficulties. They also have significant speech and communication needs, which can sometimes make it difficult for them to express themselves clearly.
