This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher, tutor, Teaching Assistant or education professional who enjoys working on an individual basis and can adapt their approach around the needs of each pupil. The pupils may have SEN, SEMH needs, autism, communication difficulties, behavioural challenges or a history of disengagement from education.
