The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the child''s learning, wellbeing, and personal development throughout the school day.The Role:Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs.Supporting the child''s learning, emotional regulation and social development.Assisting with personal care when required in a respectful and dignified manner.Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support staff to implement strategies and interventions.Creating a nurturing, positive and engaging learning environment where the pupil can thrive.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.Confidence providing personal care as part of the role.A calm, patient and personable approach with the ability to build strong relationships.Excellent communication and teamwork ..... full job details .....
