      <description>Location: West Drayton | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;105/day PAYE | Type: Contract | 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant   West Drayton   Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Full Academic Year    -95105 per day PAYE (depending on experience and qualifications)    Equivalent to approximately -120 per day umbrella   A 2-form entry primary school in  West Drayton  is seeking an experienced  1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant  to join their team from September 2026.  The successful candidate will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child with  Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and learning difficulties  who will be new to the school. The role will involve helping the child settle into their new environment, build relationships, access learning, and develop confidence and independence within a mainstream classroom.  This is an important role for a candidate who is patient, consistent, and able to build a strong relationship with a child who will require additional support as they transition into a new school setting.
