      <description>Location: Garstang | Salary: &amp;pound;14.24 - &amp;pound;15.24/hour | Type: Contract | About the Role   We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate  1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant  to join a supportive school in Garstang with an immediate start. This rewarding role involves providing tailored support to a pupil with  Special Educational Needs (SEN) , helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.  You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies and ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
