Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-15:30 (Term-Time Only) Salary: £95-£105/Day inclusive of 12.07% Holiday Pay Contract: Temp to Perm Start: September 2026 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: Organise engaging learning resources and activities. Adapt lessons to meet students needs. Provide feedback and maintain accurate records. Assist with personal care when required. Supervise pupils during educational visits and breaks. Promote independence, teamwork, and positive behaviour. Use ICT tools to enhance learning. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals. 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Skills and Requirements: Previous experience supporting students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
