You will work closely with an individual pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop independence and build confidence throughout the school day.We are looking for committed individuals who can build positive relationships with pupils, understand their individual needs and work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with special educational needs.Supporting learning activities and helping the pupil access the curriculum.Assisting with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation.Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour.Adapting support to suit the pupil''s individual needs and learning style.Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to support progress.Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working with children or young people is desirable.Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, ..... full job details .....
