The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 5 pupil with behavioural needs, providing tailored support to help them engage with lessons and develop their academic, emotional and social skills. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO, implementing effective strategies to encourage positive behaviour, independence and progress. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex needs. Experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
