The pupil presents with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs and may display challenging behaviours, including verbal aggression and periods of physical dysregulation.The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the pupil access education, regulate emotions, and develop positive relationships whilst maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities-Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 8 pupil across multiple educational sites.-Build a positive and trusting relationship through consistency, empathy, and clear boundaries.-Support engagement in learning and encourage positive educational outcomes.-Use trauma-informed approaches to manage behaviour and emotional regulation.-Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, safeguarding leads, and external agencies.-Implement behaviour support plans and risk management strategies.-Maintain accurate records ..... full job details .....
