This rewarding role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for one or two pupils with SEN and EHCPs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals within the classroom. Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with SEN and EHCPs. Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and encourage participation. Promote positive behaviour, independence, and engagement throughout the school day. Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider school staff to deliver effective support.
