If you have the patience and passion to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:-Deliver 1:1 support throughout the school day-Assist with learning activities and classwork set by the teacher-Promote communication, social skills, and emotional regulation-Support during transitions and maintain classroom routines-Provide personal care support when required-Follow and implement strategies developed by the teacher and SENCO-Track progress and provide feedback to school staff-Foster positive behaviour and active participation in lessons-Ensure safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all timesEssential Requirements:-Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification-Prior experience in a UK primary school-Experience supporting children with autism and additional needs-Willingness to assist with personal ..... full job details .....
