This is a full-time, term-time-only position working closely with a primary-aged pupil who requires tailored, one-to-one support to access the curriculum and thrive within a mainstream classroom environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with additional learning needs, with specific experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD) being a distinct advantage.1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide dedicated academic, social, and emotional support to a pupil with special educational needs. Adapt classroom activities and learning materials under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO to suit the student''s specific needs.Behavioral Management: Implement positive behavior support strategies, promoting emotional regulation and focus.Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a youth/education support role.
