About the Role: This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised support to a Reception pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop key social and emotional skills throughout the school day. What You''ll Be Doing: Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Reception pupil with SEND. Supporting the pupil''s engagement in classroom activities and routines. Encouraging communication, independence and positive interactions. Working closely with the class teacher and wider support staff. Helping create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
