This is a fantastic opportunity to support a child with additional needs on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment.   The Role:   As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a pupil who requires additional support, both academically and emotionally. You will play a key role in implementing tailored strategies, supporting engagement, and promoting independence throughout the school day.
