Working on a one-to-one basis, you will support learners in community venues, alternative provisions, and home environments, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored one-to-one learning support in line with individual education plans. Build positive and professional relationships with students, families, schools, and external agencies. Support students with academic work, social development, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning. Adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs and abilities of each student. Monitor and record student progress, attendance, and engagement. Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour at all times.
