Are you an experienced 1:1 Nursery Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role from September 2026?

We are currently recruiting a caring and dedicated Nursery Assistant to support a pupil on a one-to-one basis within a welcoming Nursery setting in a Primary School in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child''s early development while working in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working within an Early Years setting and be confident supporting children with their learning, development, and personal care where required.

• Full-time, long-term 1:1 role from September 2026
• Competitive pay from -94 per day, with higher rates depending on experience, qualifications, and client rates
• Support from a dedicated education consultant
• Opportunity to build valuable experience within an Early Years setting

• Previous experience working as a Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or within an Early Years environment
• A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence supporting children''s learning, development, and personal care where required
• A relevant childcare or education qualification is desirable

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
• Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
• Right to work in the UK
