Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs on a 1:1 basisHelping them engage with GCSE-level lessonsPromoting positive behaviour and emotional well-beingWorking closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and pastoral teamsCreating a safe, consistent space where students can thriveWhat we''re looking for

At least 2 years'' experience supporting young people with SEMH or behavioural needsStrong communication, calm under pressure, and emotionally intelligentConfident building trust and rapport with pupilsCommitted to safeguarding and inclusionThe details
