This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting learners with SEND, learning difficulties, or those who need targeted intervention to reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging one-to-one literacy and numeracy support sessions.Support learners with reading, writing, spelling, comprehension, and mathematical skills.Adapt learning materials and teaching approaches to meet individual learner needs.Assist learners in achieving Functional Skills, GCSE, or personalised learning targets.Monitor and record learner progress, providing regular feedback to teaching staff.Help learners develop confidence, independence, and effective study skills.Support learners with organisation, motivation, and classroom engagement.Contribute to EHCP outcomes and individual learning plans where appropriate.Work collaboratively with teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and other ..... full job details .....
