1:1 Legal PA - Regulatory and Investigations An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a senior legal professional within a leading international law firm.Salary up to £50k Hybrid - 4:1 No billing! This unique role combines high-level PA support with practical day-to-day assistance, requiring a proactive, organised and empathetic individual who enjoys building strong working relationships and making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:Extensive diary, administrative and organisational supportAssisting with presentations, reports, client correspondence and research documentsNote-taking during meetings and callsFormatting documents, data tables and presentationsReading and reviewing on-screen materialsAccompanying the principal to internal and external meetings when requiredProviding general personal assistance and mobility support throughout the working dayManaging electronic filing and ad hoc administrative tasksAbout You:Previous PA experience within a professional services environmentHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatient, adaptable and able to work collaborativelyAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)Fast and accurate typing skillsThe Opportunity:Salary: £45,000 - £50,000Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home)Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pmSupportive and collaborative team environmentModern offices in the City of ..... full job details .....
